1 hour Preglates/ Post Natal session. Classes utilize both ball and mat to provide participants with exercises safe to do when pregnant and in the first 6 months after labour. Education on pelvic floor and diastasis recti (abdominal seperation) will also be discussed. Mothers welcome to bring infant.
